1. Definitions

• "Company," "we," "us," "our" refers to Earn Finance Stable, headquartered at 421 High Ave, Dyersburg, Tennessee 38024, USA.
• "Client," "you," "your" refers to the individual or entity using our Services.
• "Services" refers to all financial wellness management offerings including loans, wealth planning, tax advisory, and insurance.
• "Site" refers to www.earnfinancestable.com and all associated subdomains.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Be a legal resident of the United States or authorized to conduct financial business in the US.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable law.

3. Services Overview

3.1 Loan Services (Personal, Credit, Mortgage)

Earn Finance Stable acts as a loan facilitator/broker, not a direct lender. We connect qualified borrowers with our network of licensed lending partners. We do not:

• Make credit decisions — these are made solely by lending partners.
• Guarantee loan approval or specific interest rates.
• Service the loan after origination (handled by the lender).

Loan terms, APR, fees, and repayment schedules are determined by the lending partner and disclosed in your loan agreement. By submitting a loan application, you authorize us to share your information with our lending network and perform soft/hard credit inquiries as disclosed.

3.2 Wealth & Investment Planning

Investment advisory services are provided through our registered investment advisor (RIA) partners. Key disclosures:

• Investing involves risk, including potential loss of principal.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Our advisors act as fiduciaries, legally obligated to act in your best interest.
• We do not guarantee investment returns or market performance.
• Custody of assets is held with SEC-registered custodians (e.g., Charles Schwab, Fidelity).

3.3 Tax Advisory

Tax services are provided by licensed CPAs and enrolled agents. Important notes:

• Tax advice is based on information you provide and current tax law.
• You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.
• We are not responsible for IRS penalties resulting from inaccurate information you provide.
• We will represent you before the IRS for returns we prepared, per our engagement letter.

3.4 Insurance Services

Earn Finance Stable is a licensed insurance brokerage (where applicable). We:

• Shop multiple carriers to find optimal coverage and pricing.
• Earn commissions from insurance carriers (disclosed per state regulations).
• Are not the insurer — claims are handled by the issuing carrier.
• Cannot guarantee claim approvals or payouts.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times.
• Promptly notify us of any changes to your financial situation, contact info, or objectives.
• Read and understand all agreements, disclosures, and documents before signing.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Make timely payments for services and loan obligations.
• Not misuse our Site or Services for fraudulent or illegal activities.

5. Fees & Payment

5.1 Advisory Fees

Advisory services are billed monthly as outlined in your engagement letter and selected pricing tier (Starter $199/mo, Professional $499/mo, Premium $999/mo). Fees are:

• Auto-charged to your payment method on file on the 1st of each month.
• Non-refundable once services have been rendered for that period.
• Subject to change with 30 days' written notice.

5.2 Loan & Insurance Fees

• Loan origination fees (if any) are disclosed upfront in your loan estimate.
• Earn Finance Stable earns referral/broker fees from lending and insurance partners (not additional cost to you).
• No application fees for initial consultations.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel advisory services at any time with 14 days' written notice. Cancellation does not affect existing loan, investment, or insurance agreements, which remain governed by their respective contracts.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the "Earn Finance Stable" name — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software on our Site.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our Site.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use our Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or illegal activities.
• Interfere with the security or operation of our Site or Services.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other clients.
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or international laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-infringement of intellectual property.
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
• Accuracy of information provided by third-party partners.
• Specific financial outcomes or returns.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Earn Finance Stable, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use our Services.
• Any unauthorized access to your personal information.
• Any investment losses or loan decisions made based on our advice.
• Any third-party conduct or content accessed through our Site.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Earn Finance Stable and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Services.
• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Inaccurate information you provide.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is harmful to our business interests. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our Services ceases immediately.
• Outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
• Existing loan, investment, and insurance contracts remain in effect per their terms.
• We will retain your data as required by law (see Privacy Policy).

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Dyersburg, Tennessee. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTION PARTICIPATION.

12.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations or security breaches.

12.4 Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us to attempt informal resolution. We will respond within 30 days to work toward a mutually acceptable solution.

13. Regulatory Disclosures

• Not a Bank: Earn Finance Stable is not a bank or depository institution. Deposits are not FDIC insured.
• Investments: Not FDIC insured, no bank guarantee, may lose value.
• Licensing: We maintain required state licenses for loan brokering and insurance brokerage. NMLS ID and state licenses available upon request.
• Equal Opportunity: We are an Equal Housing Lender and comply with ECOA, Fair Housing Act, and all applicable anti-discrimination laws.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent Site notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any engagement letters you sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and Earn Finance Stable regarding your use of our Services, superseding all prior agreements.
